Last Sunday, August 18, saw the realisation of River City Voices' "Cumberland Gets Anime-ted!" project which was conceived back in March 2018 and by all accounts it was a huge success!

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Create NSW for funding this unique choral project, Michael Brown, Gallery Director and Cultural Services Coordinator from Cumberland Council for his support, and Dr Paul Smith from UNE's Parramatta Campus for arranging the music from Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Princess Mononoke and Astro Boy so skillfully.

Huge thanks also to the Events team from Cumberland Council who present the incredible and popular Sydney Cherry Blossom Festival each year at one of western Sydney's jewels, the Auburn Botanic Gardens.
